Got in to the restaurant right as they were opening up for dinner at 5. Sat down at my table immediately and had my food delivered in less than 10 minutes, super fast service. My Tonkotsu Spicy “Aka” Ramen with Pork Belly was the perfect temperature, hot and ready to eat right away. The texture of the noodles, I got thick style, was great. Al dente, not too hard or soft. The broth was rich and creamy, the spice was intense at first. Definitely be prepared for high spice. The pork belly was a delicious mix of crispy and tender. A bunch of great additions to the ramen including scallions, mushrooms, and seaweed rounded out the dish. Not too heavy for ramen either, which I find to be the case sometimes with these noodles. Overall, a 10/10 and would order many times over—finished every last bite.

This place has always been a favorite for Japanese noodles. But now, not only do they have an additional delicious bun, they've also added sushi with a great sushi chef! Loved Chirashi Bowl! It was fantastic - fresh, with perfectly cooked rice.
